Refund policy

Because our products are large furniture items and often made-to-order, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos & videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
