  • Made-to-order or customized furniture may take 7–15 business days for production.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–14 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery time may vary.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to weather, transport delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on selected products (if applicable).

  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Remote locations

    • Special handling

    • Staircase delivery without lift

4. Large Furniture Deliveries

Since our products are heavy furniture items:

  • Delivery will be made to the ground floor by default.

  • Upper floor delivery depends on courier availability.

  • Installation (if applicable) will be scheduled separately.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product.
